IP Cores

Initialy IP core licenses path shows to %HOMEDRIVE%\.Xilinx\coregen\CoreLicenses and some other paths. HOMEDRIVE environment variable is usually C: by default. If you want to set HOMEDRIVE environment variable to point to other drive, please use the following solution:

If you want to use licenses from D: drive, please copy them to D:\.Xilinx\coregen\CoreLicenses. Create batch file in which you set HOMEDRIVE environment variable and call XPS. 

BAT file example:

set HOMEDRIVE=D:
C:\xilinx\12.4\ISE_DS\EDK\bin\nt\xps

Every time this batch file is started, a new XPS session shall be started with HOMEDRIVE variable set to D: drive.
