The automated parking demo, which is usually mounted on a test vehicle, connects to Cognata's simulation of the complete parking lot and the ego vehicle with mounted surround view cameras. Simulated data are converted to automotive sensory data, and vice versa, by the logiRECORDER Automotive HIL Video Logger. The AMD demo ECU based on the Kria SoM is fully convinced that it is placed in the car. The ECU AI detects empty parking slots and parks the vehicle.
