> Reuse of FPGA IP cores Today’s FPGA technology provides more gates than ever before, and FPGA designs have evolved from simple glue logic into full Systems-On-a-Reprogrammable-Chip (SoRC). An amount of available silicon resources in present FPGA devices is so big that FPGA development teams face an old problem known from the ASIC design area – the design productivity gap!
