Memory types currently supported by logiMEM are SDR, DDR and DDR2 SDRAM. The logiMEM memory controller supports 16/32-bit DDR SDRAM memory data width, 8/16/32-bit DDR2 SDRAM memory data width and 32/64-bit SDR SDRAM memory data width.
